By using AlchemistAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Community guidelines

AlchemistAI is a community for discussing AI tools, workflows, and ideas. To keep it useful and welcoming, we enforce the following rules:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination.
• Be honest. Do not post fake reviews, misleading claims, or astroturfing.
• Stay on topic. Discussions should be relevant to AI, AI tools, or AI workflows.
• No spam. Repetitive self-promotion, affiliate link dumping, or low-effort posts will be removed.
• No illegal content. Do not post content that violates laws (copyright infringement, malware, etc.).
• No NSFW content. Keep discussions safe for work unless explicitly marked otherwise (and even then, use discretion).

2. Your content

When you post or comment on AlchemistAI, you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant AlchemistAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and archive your content as part of the community.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post the content you submit. Do not copy-paste content from other sources without permission or attribution.

3. Moderation and enforcement

AlchemistAI moderators have the right to:

• Remove posts or comments that violate these terms
• Ban IP addresses that repeatedly spam or abuse the platform
• Lock or pin discussions to maintain community quality
• Reject reported content that violates guidelines

Moderation decisions are final. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us and we will review.

4. No warranties

AlchemistAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The site will always be available or error-free
• Discussions will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• AI tools mentioned in discussions will work as described

Use your own judgment when evaluating AI tools, workflows, or advice shared in the community.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlchemistAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AlchemistAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
