What AI tools are actually worth paying for?

I have subscriptions to 7 AI tools right now and I'm doing a cost audit. Which ones do you genuinely feel are worth the monthly fee vs the free tier being enough? Mine: Claude Pro (worth it), Midjourney (worth it), Notion AI (meh).
