By accessing or using AlchemistAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers represent that they own or have the rights to sell the products they list. Products must not infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware, or violate applicable laws. The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

4. Purchases

All sales are processed through third-party payment providers. The Platform acts as a marketplace facilitator. Digital products are delivered as-is; buyers should review descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Commissions & Payouts

The Platform charges a commission on each sale, as displayed at the time of listing. Payouts are processed according to the schedule and minimum thresholds shown in your seller dashboard.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: upload malicious content, manipulate votes or reviews, impersonate others, spam, or attempt to bypass Platform security. Violations may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of third-party products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
